HVAC Maintenance Plan
Features and Benefits
An air conditioner’s filters, coils, and fins require regular maintenance for the unit to function effectively and efficiently throughout its years of service. Neglecting necessary maintenance ensures a steady decline in air conditioning performance while energy use steadily increases.
With the Priority Maintenance Plan (PMP), you will have peace of mind knowing your system is running correctly. As a priority customer you will receive exclusive discounts on repairs, annual maintenance on your air conditioning system, cash credit when replacement is needed, reliable and dependable service.
Air Conditioning systems are expensive. You will want to prolong the life of the system with planned maintenance.

Half of the PMP subscription cost will be applied your reserve account each year when you renew. This reserve account can be applied towards complete HVAC AC system replacement. And, you also receive a $500 (per PMP covered system) to your reserve at the first year renewal. And just like the PMP agreement, the reserve credit is transferable to a buyer of your home or it can go with you to a new home! When the reserve is used, the Monthly Reserve starts over. If the Priority Maintenance Plan is canceled or lapses, the reserve credit is forfeited.
Discount On Repairs
All PMP customers get discounts of 10% on all HVAC, Electrical, Generator and Lighting service repair work. PMP customers also receive a 5% discount on major component replacements**
The Priority Maintenance Plan is not a warranty and does not include the cost of repairs. Standard diagnostic service calls are still required. However, the diagnostic service fee will be waived for any repairs. PMP customers will never be charged a diagnostic fee to evaluate HVAC or Generator replacement.
Major components
Major components include evaporator coils, compressors, condensers, furnaces and Electric Panels.
The annual tune-ups are a benefit as part of the Priority Maintenance Plan (PMP) and are available within the 12-month window of the annual agreement. Unused or unscheduled tune-ups do not carry over from one period to the next period.
If the plan is cancelled while on Auto Pay, the balance of the amount not paid will be collected and due at the time of cancellation.
